EXPERT ACTIVITIES
The ATCL, k.s. is an expert organization registered on the list kept by the Ministry of Justice SR and entered in the field Corporate Economy, appraisal and assessment of enterprises branch. It performs expert activities through its own employees and by means of external co-workers.
We are able to develop for you expert opinions, technical expertises, statements and opinions which follow from the requirements of the Commercial Code, e.g., in case of fusion, merge, sale of an enterprise or its part, in cases of non-cash deposits or from the requirements of the Act on Accounting or from the requests of the client.
